Dr. Paul Fugazzotto, D.D.S.
Dr. Fugazzotto received his D.D.S. from New York University in 1979 and a certificate in advanced graduate studies in Periodontology from Boston University in 1981. Since that time Dr. Fugazzotto has maintained a private practice in periodontics and implant therapy in Milton, Massachusetts. Dr. Fugazzotto has authored or co-authored over 80 articles in refereed scientific journals, as well as authoring a monograph entitled “Guided Tissue Regeneration: Maximizing Clinical Results.” and three textbooks entitled “Preparation of the Periodontium for Restorative Dentistry”; “Decision Making in Regenerative and Implant Therapies”; and “Periodontal Restorative Interrelationships: Maximizing Treatment Outcomes”. Dr. Fugazzotto is an active member of many organizations, and is a fellow of the International Team of Implantology. Dr. Fugazzotto is Senior Editor of Implant Realities and the US ITI Study Club Coordinator. Dr. Fugazzotto is a visiting lecturer at Harvard University and Tuft University Schools of Dentistry.
Dr. Fugazzotto has taught courses through the ICITE Institute for over 20 years.
Dr. Kanyon Keeney
Kanyon R. Keeney, D.D.S., obtained a BS from the University of Connecticut, graduated with honors at the Medical College of Virginia, and completed his surgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He maintains a busy private practice Richmond Virginia in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with a sole concentration in implant surgery and bone regeneration. He is a frequent speaker and instructor at the local, national, and international level. Dr. Keeney is recognized in the industry as a leader in the art, science, and business model of the implant surgery practice. He has several publications and is heavily involved in research and development of new dental implants, implant surgery products and bone grafting techniques. He is a Diplomate with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the The National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, a Fellow and Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantology, and a Fellow in the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Philip R. Melnick, DMD, FACD
Dr. Philip Melnick trained at Tufts and Boston Universities. He is a lecturer in the Section of Periodontics at UCLA, and for the past 25 years he has been the co-director of the periodontal surgery seminar for the residency program in periodontics. Dr. Melnick has authored or co-authored 20 papers and book chapters and has lectured extensively on periodontics and implant dentistry. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology and a Fellow of the America College of Dentists. Dr. Melnick maintains a private practice limited periodontics and implant surgery in Los Alamitos, CA.
Dr. Bob Vogel
Dr. Vogel graduated Dental School from Columbia University in New York City before completing a residency program at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami Florida.
He maintains a full time private practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida in Implant Prosthetics and Reconstructive Dentistry working closely as a team member with several specialists providing Implant based comprehensive treatment as well as conducting clinical trials and providing clinical advice to the Dental Attachment and Implant field. Dr. Vogel has developed and collaborated on the development of several prosthetic components and techniques in use in Implant Dentistry today.
He lectures internationally on Implant Dentistry focusing on Simplification, Predictability and Profitability of Implant Prosthetics through ideal Treatment Planning and Team Interaction. He has published numerous scientific articles on Implant Dentistry and is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology.
Sara is a Certified Dental Assistant, a Registered Nurse, and the Practice Ambassador for Drs. Fugazzotto and Rost. In her unique role as Practice Ambassador, Sara interfaces on many levels with referring doctors and potential referring doctors. Sara brings this experience to her presentations to auxiliaries during our Masters Practice Growth Program, and in evening presentations throughout North America. Sara works coordinating courses at the ICITE, as well as traveling to off-site presentations where she answers questions about our courses to potential attendees. Sara is highly experienced in both the clinical aspects of therapy and the foundations of sustained practice growth. Sara is highly accessible and always willing to answer questions about our courses.
